Job description

Digital Account Manager:

Our Account Manager will be responsible for helping to define and evolve the digital advertising presence (social listening, response, and always on) for our client's. In this role, you will be a day-to-day contact for the client, accountable for the client's services/execution work, and you will need to be able to interpret a deeply strategic action plan with both teams - client and account. In addition, you'll be responsible for creating a social POV that collaborates and works in conjunction with across various other media practices: digital, search, etc.

You should demonstrate solid working knowledge of social media including strategy, major + emerging social platforms, and the tactics necessary for delivery of social advertising programs. You will want to be part of a fast-paced team and work hand's on with our clients!

You should also have a background in paid digital media, across both display and social tactics. You should have an overall understanding and knowledge of the social landscape, including partners and capabilities, but should also have a paid media activation and planning skill set. You may be responsible for day-to- day campaign activation and it would be beneficial to have a working knowledge of these key media planning and activation tools needed to support our services. You will also be responsible for research and create POVs to deliver to the client in a timely and regular basis, including but not limited to industry trends, new platforms, and product offerings.

The right candidate will have had agency experience, have an established footprint in the Social space and can speak effectively to how Social Media plays a part in the company's overall digital visibility.
