ESPN Digital and Good Karma Brands are seeking a full-time Digital Account Manager to join our team, based in Milwaukee. The Digital Account Manager oversees the operational execution of digital advertising campaigns and works closely with Marketing Consultants, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, delivered on time, and supported with exceptional service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.


Career Responsibilities of a Digital Account Manager

  • Oversee the operational execution of digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Serve as an extension of the Marketing Consultant by working directly with partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and deliver exceptional service.
  • Coordinate copy and creative assets for multiple partner campaigns.
  • Manage the creation of investment campaign presentations and other sales materials for multiple partnerships in collaboration with Marketing Consultants and the Creative Services team.
  • Maintain CRM records throughout the pre-sale process, including proposal creation, billing schedules, and account updates.
  • Interpret campaign delivery reports and communicate key performance insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve campaign execution, reporting, troubleshooting, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness while maintaining quality standards and appropriate human oversight.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Consultants and cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Traffic digital campaigns in the ad server, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and align with approved ad specifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in the digital advertising industry is required.
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize urgent requests, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret campaign reporting and communicate relevant performance insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • Solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify and resolve campaign-related issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.
  • Willingness to accept and provide feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary.
