CLA houses the eighteen Sections including the New Lawyers Section (NLS) that share an area of interest in law and each offers top-tier programs, award winning conferences, events, and provides access to outstanding legal resources. Job Summary:

The Data Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for reviewing, comparing, and validating data between multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role identifies discrepancies, researches variances, and updates records as needed to maintain data integrity across platforms. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.


Responsibilities

  • Review and compare data between two or more systems to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and data inconsistencies.
  • Research and resolve data variances by reviewing source documentation and communicating with appropriate departments.
  • Update and correct records to ensure systems are synchronized and accurate.
  • Perform routine audits to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Document reconciliation activities and maintain accurate records of corrections and updates.
  • Generate reports on reconciliation status, discrepancies identified, and resolutions completed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information needed to resolve data issues.
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and data governance standards.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
