The Financial Analyst for the Market reports to the Finance Manager. Under general supervision, the Finance Analyst creates and maintains financial reports to support market operations. This position coordinates internal and external benchmarking data to improve productivity, reduce costs and optimize revenue to further the goals and objectives of hospital administration. In addition, the Financial Analyst assists in the management of special projects, creation of staffing grids and budgets, all procurement activities, legal documents, as well as processing major capital purchases.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum two years of relevant healthcare finance experience required.
Candidates must have experience in financial reporting and analysis, proficiency with standard office equipment, Excel, and Access, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
