Continuous Improvement Leader - Pricing, Quoting, Item Configuration (CPQ) Hartsville, SC 29550 Travel: Up to 20% of the time Must-Haves Experience in Pricing Analytics and/or Item Configuration in manufacturing are key aspects of the role. Project Management Experience and/or Six Sigma qualified at some level are a definite plus CPQ Specific Background or even Commercial excellence experience focused on Price Optimization. Job Description As the Continuous Improvement Leader for CPQ, you will play a pivotal role in standardizing and enhancing our level 2 business activities on a global scale. Your primary focus will be on the Configuration of Items, Costing and Pricing of Products, and the Quote Generation and Delivery processes. You will report to the Global Process Owner for Lead to Cash and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, eliminate non-value-added activities, and drive business value through process enhancements. What you'll be doing: • Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to optimize the design of level 2 CPQ processes, aligning them with future state goals. • Develop and own the strategic roadmap for CPQ processes, ensuring alignment across the enterprise. • Lead change initiatives in CPQ, from assessment to implementation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Identify opportunities for synergy and optimize resource allocation. • Champion global process standards and align them with business requirements and the operating model. • Drive improvements in cycle time, governance, transparency, and data reliability. • Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to drive ongoing process enhancements. • Prioritize and resolve business issues, leveraging the appropriate resources. • Collaborate with diverse, global teams to map, define, improve, and monitor CPQ processes. • Identify opportunities for technology-driven automation and ensure process compliance. • Drive centralization, automation, and standardization of CPQ activities. • Establish, track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) over time.
