Job Summary
This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup at a pivotal stage of traction. We are looking for more than just a traditional SDR; we need a strategic hunter who understands the nuances of the cyber defense landscape and has the closing instincts to match. You will own the top of the funnel while leveraging your industry expertise to move prospects through the pipeline, ultimately driving high-value deals that secure our clients' digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a multi-channel outbound strategy involving cold calling, personalized cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage full-cycle lead qualification to ensure a healthy pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Utilize Outreach, Apollo, and Microsoft Office to streamline prospecting and reporting.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM administration to track deal flow and engagement metrics.
  • Transition qualified prospects toward a successful close, aiming for a consistent output of high-ticket deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, specifically targeting two closed deals per month with a value of $50K+.

Requirements
  • Proven experience closing deals specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Mastery of sales engagement tools, specifically Outreach and Apollo.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM administration.
  • Deep experience in outbound cold calling and cold emailing techniques.
  • Strategic mindset for LinkedIn outreach and lead qualification within the SaaS/Tech space.
  • Ability to work PST hours with high independence as an offshore team member.
