Job description

Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is the strategic marketing leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all resort verticals including leisure and group rooms, food & beverage outlets, the marina, and golf. This role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
As the hotel marketing lead, you will own the annual marketing plan and act as the principal liaison between property operations, sales, revenue management and corporate commercial counterparts. Balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on digital, social, and PR execution, you will also deliver critical sales support by producing high-impact collateral and group promotions to drive business across all segments.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
Develop, implement, and manage the annual comprehensive hotel marketing plan and associated budget. Maintain and update the property marketing calendar.
Prepare and present Monthly Operational Reports (MORs). Lead internal monthly marketing calls with commercial, revenue, and sales counterparts to align strategies.
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies collaborating with marina and golf partners to maximize total property revenue.
Craft and execute dedicated marketing support for F&B-led programming, seasonal events, and recurring activations.
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Management to deploy high-converting leisure packages and group promotions.
Digital Marketing, Content & Creative
Develop collateral, digital assets, and presentation materials to support hotel operations, sales, F&B, golf and marina
Maximize visibility by managing and updating destination listings across CVB event calendars, Eventbrite, and local discovery platforms.
Oversee the hotel's email marketing lifecycle, crafting targeted communications for past guests, local databases, and group clients.
Provide ongoing content support, copy updates, and image curation for hotel websites
Social Media & Content Operations
Direct paid and organic social media strategies for both the main resort and outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Google Posts etc...)
Plan, storyboard, and manage localized content shoots. Coordinate on-site logistics for creative agencies to capture high-quality photography and videography.
Public Relations, Communications & Partnerships
Develop media alerts and press materials to local and regional media outlets highlighting property events, major activations, and unique programming.
Conduct outreach to establish and manage formal relationships with local organizations and regional partners to enhance guest experiences.
Oversee the on-property execution, logistical setup, and operational coordination for resort-wide marketing events and pop-up activations.
Vet and manage hosting logistics for visiting influencers and media, ensuring brand-aligned content output.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a measurable role with a focus on marketing or digital strategy.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights and performance narratives through data-driven storytelling that provides actionable insights and informs strategy.
Professional communication skills both verbal and written, ability to collaborate with cross-functional corporate commercial and hotel commercial and operations teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of concepts and strategies in the fields of digital marketing and/or hospitality marketing.
Ability to provide balanced feedback and communicate it in a productive manner.
Excellent organization, time management and project management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership that aligns with Concord's leadership commitments.
Preferred:
Direct experience navigating Sprinklr, Marriott brand programs and digital products, and advanced functionality within Microsoft 365, Adobe
Paid media agency experience and/or hospitality marketing/e-commerce experience preferred.
Knowledge of Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and IHG marketing programs and systems.
