Job description

We are looking for an outgoing person that has experience specifically in hotels to join our award winning hotel. Holiday Inn/ IHG brand experience is preferred. Schedule flexibility is a necessity. Has to be available to work holidays and weekends.
Working hours: Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Shift work - days and hours may vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends required. May have occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy.
Job Duties:
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquires with exceptional customer service
  • Respond to CVB leads and RFP's
  • Handle group room and meeting space inquiries
  • Process group rooming lists
  • Assist local accounts with reservations and billing
  • Conduct site tours as necessary
  • Ensure standards are met for guests and meeting rooms
  • Other duties as assigned as business and demand dictates.

Qualifications and Skills needed:
  • Position requires high school diploma or equivalent
  • Clerical and cash handling experience required.
  • Must be computer proficient.
