Central Stone is seeking candidates for a full-time Customer Service Representative to perform scale house administrative duties at our Colchester, IL quarry. This position will handle the day-in, day-out operations of the scale house, including customer tickets and communication, recordkeeping, quarry dispatching, and more. The schedule for this position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Customer Service Representative job duties include:
- Enter customer and product data into scale system
- Provide excellent customer service through positive interaction with customers and haulers.
- Use electronic ticketing system to manage customer transactions
- Directing customer traffic through the plant and informing applicable company personnel as to their arrival
