Job description

Job Description:ย The Customer Support Representative handles inquiries and concerns from clients, parents, and staff regarding services and other clinic-related matters in a professional and empathetic manner. This person is responsible for client and patient relations, office organization, and general assistance of leadership level staff. This position will be working Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicate professionally and courteously with all parties through email, overย theย phone and in-person.
  • Maintainย detailed and organized accounts for clients at intake/registration.
  • Establish, complete,ย and maintain registration paperwork and documents.
  • Inform Director and/or Clinical Supervisor of the need for maintenance, repairs, cleanings, and otherย administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for opening and closing clinic in rotation with management.
  • Maintainย Intakes & Waitlist under the supervision of the Intake Coordinator.
  • Keepย office organized and running efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records when performing data entry.
  • Provideย support to both the Director and Speech Therapistย as needed.
  • Upholdย company values to patients and outside public.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Medical Office Managementย preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of administrative principles and practices
  • Effective, professional verbal and writtenย communication
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and interact with a staff of 20 or more
  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work flow
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain
  • Spanish Speaking preferred
