Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator / Project Manager Assistant for ground-up custom home construction and remodels. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires optimum performance from a construction professional knowledgeable of materials, means, and methods of construction. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work with the Project Superintendent to ensure a smooth process for the homeowner and trade partners of each assigned construction project.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination and administrative experience with a construction firm.
• Experience using ProCore software preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Experience dealing with standard construction documentation such as Change Orders, Submittals, Schedule Interpretation, and Professional Correspondence.
• Have a general knowledge of project construct ability, construction document tracking, and filing.
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to prioritize work.
• Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• The ability to read blueprints/plans is highly preferred but not required.
