Mechanical Engineer 
Location: Trenton, SC 29847, (Onsite)
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 / year + Bonus (up to 20%, target 10%)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Join our manufacturing team as a Mechanical Engineer focused on production and maintenance processes—not a design role. We're seeking a self-starter with a strong work ethic to support operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply 2+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience to optimize production and maintenance processes.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and maintenance technicians.
Drive operational improvements in a manufacturing setting with hands-on involvement in day-to-day activities.
Must-Have Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
2+ years of Mechanical Engineering work experience.
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with knowledge of production and maintenance processes.
Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians.
