About the Role

We are hiring Experienced Crushing Equipment Operators with proven skill in operating, monitoring, and maintaining crushing systems and heavy equipment. This is a fulltime, yearround position offering day shifts for dependable, steady work. Shifts could vary occasionally, depending on job.

If you can run a crusher, keep it fed, keep it running, and handle the equipment that supports it — we want you here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running crushing systems safely and efficiently

  • Keeping machines cleaned, greased, and running strong

  • Spotting issues early and handling basic repairs

  • Operating dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other support equipment

  • Working in a fastmoving, productiondriven environment

  • Showing up ready to work, for every scheduled shift

What We’re Looking For

  • Prefer proven experience operating crushing equipment
  • Prefer Heavy equipment experience with dozers, excavators, and loaders
  • Good mechanical know-how and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and consistent production
  • Current CDL not required, but definitely added opportunity
