Location: Rockville, MD
Are you a creative and dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a real difference? We seek full-time and part-time Physical Therapists to join our award-winning outpatient clinic! While our clientele predominantly consists of children with special needs, we work with individuals aged two months to 95 years.

Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist at Fitness for Health, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to pediatric and adult patients. You will work closely with children to support the development of essential life skills, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and treatment
  • Implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
  • Train clients in 1:1 or group exercise sessions
Ideal Candidate:
  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program (Required)
  • License/Certification: Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist (Required)
  • Experience: Pediatric experience, especially with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and learning disorders, is a plus but not required
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
