Our established, growing sign shop is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer ready to take ownership of the creative direction of our projects and help shape the visual future of our company.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who wants:
•    Creative ownership over high-visibility commercial signage
•    Leadership influence within a collaborative team
•    A pathway to Art Director or Creative Director
•    Direct impact on brand quality and client experience
You won’t just execute layouts — you’ll guide design standards, improve workflow, and serve as the creative authority between sales, production, and installation.

What You’ll Lead
•    Concept development for:
o    Channel letters & dimensional signage
o    Monument & pylon signs
o    Wayfinding & ADA systems
o    Vehicle wraps & fleet branding
o    Large-format environmental graphics
•    Establishing design standards and best practices
•    Reviewing and approving artwork before production
•    Mentoring junior designers and production artists
•    Ensuring projects are brand-accurate, buildable, and code-compliant
•    Contributing to workflow improvements and creative efficiency

What You Bring
•    5+ years of professional design experience
•    Strong background in sign or large-format graphics (preferred)
•    Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
•    Deep understanding of scale, materials, fabrication constraints, and install methods
•    Experience preparing permit-ready renderings and production files
•    Strong communication skills and confidence leading creative discussions
