Creative MultiCare, LLC has the best group of service technicians, management personnel, and office staff in the industry. We combine cutting edge technology with a dedication to training and quality to produce the best results.
The Dispatcher is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch processes.
Job Description:
  • Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner
  • Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Provide information about our services
  • Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
