Logistics & Inbound Coordinator

Are you experienced in logistics, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations? We're partnering with a growing global supply chain and logistics company seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Inbound Coordinator to join their team.

Coordinate inbound shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel, and containers)
Schedule receiving appointments and communicate with carriers
Verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents
Manage inventory transactions within a WMS or ERP system
Investigate inventory discrepancies and create OSD reports
Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely

2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse receiving, inventory control, or supply chain operations preferred
Forklift experience required
SAP, ERP, or WMS experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must reside within approximately 15 miles of ZIP Code 77066
