Job Title: Container Flow Analyst (Supply Chain)
Location: Arlington, TX 76010 (ONSITE)
Area Code: 682
Pay Rate: $29.00-32.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Full-time, Direct (with full benefits)
Great matching candidates will have experience and bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics. In this job, you will be ensuring that suppliers for our customer have returnable packaging in a timely and efficient manner to meet production demands.
Responsibilities:
* Data and cost analysis to resolve issues and suggest process improvements
* Root causing container shortage issues
* Maintain active relationship with plant material and floor leadership and personnel to aide in resolving issues
* Maintain active relationships with the customers supplier base to ensure effective communication in regard to container flow issues
* Communication and collaboration with customer Containerization HQ and other plant Container Flow Analysts to support problem resolution.
Qualifications:
* Two plus years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics related field and /or equivalent BS degree.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel; advanced skills desired
* Outstanding collaborator and communicator. Customer service mindset.
* Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Desired but not required skills:
* Knowledge of transportation field and modes
* Experience supporting automotive/supply chain customers and suppliers
* Experience with data and cost analysis
