Description
In the role of Dishwasher, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and kitchen staff in the preparation of meals for the residents and guests of Academy Mapleton Hill (AMH).

Responsibilities
  • Wash and clean all food service items, kitchen surfaces, kitchen equipment, and kitchen smallware
  • Help other Dining employees with their tasks and training as requested by the manager on duty
  • Perform all duties related to trash, recycling and composting
  • Help keep the dry goods, raw food, other kitchen/dining goods well-organized in a safe and efficient manner
  • Protect residents' rights, records, and privacy as required by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Practice AMH's Service Standards in all work situations
  • Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, resident, and Academy Boulder matters
  • Be organized and efficient in managing workload

Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasional holidays, as required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, a plus
  • Honesty, integrity, sense of humor, and pleasant demeanor - ability to stay calm under pressure
