CNA Lead- Certified Nursing Assistant

Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.
We are seeking candidates for position of: Lead CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • $23.44 to $30.84 per hour based on experience PLUS additional .75 to $2.50 for shift differential!

Lead CNA Introduction: The Lead CNA's role is to strengthen teamwork, communication, accountability, resident-centered care, and foster efficient workflow for Certified Nursing Assistants. The Lead CNA serves as a resource and helps coordinate responsibilities while maintaining their own clinical caseload. The Lead CNA role works under the direction of the licensed nurse/supervisor.
Lead CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:
  • Required: MA CNA certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Required: One year of Long-Term Care (Nursing Home) experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
  • Writing and verbal English language skill.
  • Current CPR certification.

Lead CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary:
  • Serve as a positive role model for CNAs and promote respectful, high-quality, resident-centered care.
  • Organize CNA workflow, assignments, breaks, and resident-care priorities during the shift.
  • Support timely completion of resident care, purposeful rounding, call-light response, and CNA POC documentation.
  • Identify concerns and promptly communicate them to the licensed nurse/supervisor.
  • Assist fellow CNAs when resident-care needs require teamwork, including transfers, toileting, repositioning, dining, and other assigned care.
  • Promote dignity, privacy, safety, infection prevention, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the shift.
