About This Role

We're seeking a compassionate and engaging individual to join our Infant room team at our Christian Childcare Center, where they can make a meaningful impact on a child's life and create a fun and nurturing environment.


What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Lead teacher to ensure infants' physical and emotional needs are met, including feeding, diaper changes, and engaging activities.
  • Using childcare software to document activities and track progress.
  • Being an active team member, contributing to the center's overall success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members and communicate openly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced classroom environment.
  • Previous experience working in a childcare center.
  • Ability to stand, sit on the floor, and safely carry infants.
  • Education in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Background in Christian curriculum is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work between 7:30am and 5:30pm.

Nice To Haves

While not required, a degree in Early Childhood Education and experience working with a Christian curriculum would be a great asset to our team.
