educational environment for young minds. We are building our founding team of dedicated
educators who want to shape the future of childcare in North Carolina.
What You'll Do:
• Curriculum & Management: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
aligned with North Carolina early learning standards.
• Classroom Leadership: Maintain legal room ratios while structuring a supportive, safe,
and engaging environment.
• Child Tracking: Document developmental milestones, daily routines, and behavioral
observations.
• Parent Relations: Build strong partnerships through daily digital updates and parent-
teacher conferences.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
• A current North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or a valid equivalent
(e.g., CDA, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development).
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a licensed childcare setting.
• Deep knowledge of NC DCDEE licensing standards and sanitation policies.
• A patient, warm, and highly communicative teaching philosophy.
Compliance & Hiring Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must clear a comprehensive NC DCDEE Criminal Background Check (CBC),
including fingerprinting, prior to your first day of work.
• Provide a negative TB test result and a completed Staff Medical Report dated within
the last year.
• Possess or be willing to obtain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications within 90
days of hire.
