Great South Bay Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, energetic, positive, and dependable Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy practice.

We are looking for someone with a great personality who genuinely enjoys helping people and can thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
  • Positive attitude and excellent patient-service skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Willing to learn — experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients
  • Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and basic clinical duties
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing
  • Process payments and patient paperwork
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and positive office environment
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience

Office Hours

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM & 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM
