This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility in work hours while ensuring access to specialized mental health care. • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s developmental stage and family dynamics.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, tailored to address a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.
• Engage in family therapy sessions to educate and empower parents and caregivers in supporting their children effectively.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team of child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each patient's care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies involving young patients.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, therapy options, and available community resources to foster understanding and healing.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to ensure the exchange of information and best practices, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
• Stay current with research and developments in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Many of our patients are dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and issues related to trauma or behavioral dysfunction. Your role will be crucial in supporting these young individuals and their families in understanding these issues and developing effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to this demographic.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with children and their families.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and essential computer applications to manage patient information efficiently.
• A commitment to working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Background working in telehealth or remote counseling services is beneficial.
• Familiarity with community resources available for children and families seeking mental health support.

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus to successful candidates.
