Job description

) Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a Quality Management Administrative Coordinator in the Phoenix Office and supports CFSS operations Statewide.
The Quality Management Coordinator is the perfect position for a determined and motivated paraprofessional looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity. This position works in collaboration with the agency programs to support various functions. We specialize in partnering with families to build effective relationships and to inspire hope for a positive future.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of Quality Management Specialists
  • Oversee and compile documentation to create weekly reports for the agency's behavioral health programs
  • Organize and process records leaving the agency
  • Oversee the organization, renaming and saving of incoming clinical documentation
  • Performing various functions electronically using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Communicating with leadership regarding the status of various projects
  • Collaboration with others within the department, in other departments, as well as outside entities
  • Ensuring confidentiality
  • Performing other duties related to the position.
    This position will require a variety of skills such as reading comprehension, oral and written expression, critical thinking, time management, problem solving, collaboration and maintenance of confidential information.

The Quality Management Administrative Coordinator must be available Monday-Friday, there may be instances where additional hours may be needed. This position is located in the Phoenix office.
Education/Experience Needed:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years work experience with administrative job duties, related degree or certificate program is preferred.
  • Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the behavioral health system is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience needed

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
  • Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance.
  • Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
  • Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training

Compensation: $20/hr-$22/hr
