We're hiring a Security Supervisor to lead our on-site team at Ross Park Mall. In this role, you'll oversee daily security operations, supervise staff performance, and ensure a safe, customer-friendly environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage both people and security operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure strong performance
  • Enforce post orders, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct patrols and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
