Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our Freehold office, you will work onsite within a collaborative and vibrant outpatient environment. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies, fostering a supportive atmosphere where therapists can focus on patient-centric practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the latest rehabilitation technologies.
  • Utilize evidence-based methods to track patient progress, documenting all treatments, responses, and outcomes using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically Web PT.
  • Educate patients and their families or caregivers on treatment goals and techniques, ensuring they understand the rehabilitation process and their role in their recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all patients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and research in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging with professional networks.
  • Recommend and fit patients for assistive devices as necessary to enhance their mobility and independence.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will benefit a diverse patient population, from pediatric to geriatric individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will be crucial in helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with no history of sanctions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
  • Ability to navigate and document clinical information effectively using EMR software.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and staying current with advances in physical therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in an outpatient therapy setting is preferred, but new graduates passionate about outpatient care are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in developing exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy that support improved patient outcomes.
