Position Overview

Cape Cod Orthopedics, P.C. is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our outpatient clinic in Freehold, New Jersey. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional care that promotes mobility and enhances the quality of life for our patients. Work Environment

Our outpatient office operates onsite, allowing you to engage directly with your patients in a supportive and efficient environment. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you have a healthy work-life balance. With our focus on outpatient care, you'll work closely with patients, providing personalized attention in a warm and friendly setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient conditions and establish personalized care plans that address their specific rehabilitation goals.
  • Implement a variety of treatment modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring dedicated time for each patient to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions effectively, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and the benefits of an active lifestyle, tailoring programs to meet individual fitness levels and goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to design and adjust comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in our EMR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on managing patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those requiring rehabilitation for chronic pain conditions. With a diverse clientele, you'll engage with individuals of all ages, enabling you to apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques and approaches. Your role will be pivotal in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
  • Possession of an active state licensure as a Physical Therapist with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
  • Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a talent for developing effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate and secure patient documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable, with a proven track record of successfully treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Continued education or certification in specialized areas of physical therapy or sports medicine is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
