Work Environment

The physical therapist will work in an onsite outpatient office, where you will engage directly with patients in a one-on-one setting, providing individualized care and attention. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses within an outpatient office.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methodologies, such as exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, treatment responses, and progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a preference for WebPT.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to align objectives and enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Guide and educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to support recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry practices by participating in workshops, webinars, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey with a clean record and no history of sanctions.

  • Strong understanding of current physical therapy research and practice standards.
  • Experience using EMR systems effectively for accurate and thorough documentation.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
