Job Opportunity: OB-GYN Physician

Our organization, located in the picturesque Cape Cod region of Massachusetts, is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 9 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives. Candidates can choose between a traditional OB/GYN practice, a Laborist Model, or a combination of both. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Cape Cod Hospital, where our busy outpatient practice offers a comprehensive array of gynecological and obstetric services.

This role features a well-structured call schedule, with gynecological backup, a supportive team, and a commitment to both provider and patient satisfaction, making it an excellent opportunity for fulfilling both professional and personal aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in deliveries and surgeries at Cape Cod Hospital.
  • Engage in a balanced call schedule with gynecological support.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of obstetricians, midwives, and maternity nurses.
  • Provide care in coordination with 24-hour coverage from Certified Nurse Midwives.
  • Work alongside pediatric hospitalists available around the clock.
Laborist Role Details
  • 14 shifts per month, alternating between 7 days and 7 nights.
  • In-house call coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM.
  • Partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN.
  • Strong commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.
