  • This is a full-time, on-site role. Required hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime required when necessary to meet litigation deadlines, trial schedules, and case demands.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in legal calendaring or docketing (state and federal courts) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with court rules and calendaring tools (e.g., One Legal, CourtCall, or similar systems)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and time management
Why Shegerian & Associates
