Business Development Manager - Staffing & Workforce Solutions (Balch Springs, TX and Garland, TX)Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding market presence through consultative, solution-based selling.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new, active, and inactive accounts
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow a minimum of 30 target accounts
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and workforce solution presentations
  • Analyze client needs and recommend tailored staffing solutions
  • Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through closing
Account Management & Client Relations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Support client retention and account expansion initiatives
Market Development & Networking

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen sales strategies and execution
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales or business development experience
  • Strong background in cold calling, prospecting, and closing new business
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
