As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our coffee shop running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently. - Leading by example to provide excellent customer service and foster a positive atmosphere. - Assisting in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to perform at their best. - Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. - Handling cash management and ensuring accurate financial transactions. - Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the store. - Collaborating with the team to meet goals and uphold our high standards.

We’re seeking someone who is: - A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. - Passionate about providing outstanding customer service. - Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Ready to take on new challenges, even if you’re just starting out—no prior experience is required! - Eager to grow and contribute to the success of our store.
