Looking to bring your coffee-making skills to a warm and welcoming environment? The Elkhart Brew, located in the heart of Elkhart, IN, is searching for a talented barista to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee and enjoy connecting with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a barista at The Elkhart Brew, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings a blend of skill, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
