Position Insights
We are looking for a dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of our passionate imaging team. You will utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technologies to execute diagnostic imaging procedures, working hand-in-hand with a cohesive team of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and prioritize safety during exams by clearly communicating each procedure step
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring healthcare providers to yield high-quality diagnostic images
• Oversee and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Document all procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records within our electronic medical system
• Stay updated on the latest advances in ultrasound imaging practices and technology

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certification Criteria

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
