POSITION PURPOSE:
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management and coordination of custom orders. This role ensures timely, accurate and compliant orders while delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams, vendors and customers. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for implementation activities, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently and aligned with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
  • 2-4 years of experience in service delivery, order management, or customer operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with order management or ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED:
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with order workflows, billing impacts and service order processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional operational teams
  • Knowledge of SLA's, compliance requirements or service delivery frameworks
