Important Note: Interviews will take place at the Mesa Office with management, including Monica J. Osuna, who will be your supervisor. Interviews are scheduled Tuesday through Friday.

Training: Depending on your level of experience and training needs, you may be required to complete in-person training at our Central Office in Phoenix, Arizona. The duration of the training period will be determined based on your prior experience and demonstrated proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients and new prospects
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Return client calls in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs
  • Process client payments and submit them to insurance companies
  • Verify and update customer contact information including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance and financial products
  • Maintain knowledge of agency products and services
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and help resolve concerns efficiently
  • Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
