How you'll make an impact in this role

• Coordinate holistic patient care by leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure every clinical specialist is aligned with the patient's recovery goals.

• Implement and adapt personalized care plans, actively monitoring patient progress to ensure treatments remain effective and responsive to changing needs.

• Advocate for patient safety and comfort by executing clinical orders with precision and maintaining clear, real-time communication regarding patient status.

• Lead the discharge planning process in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and safe transition to home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Dedicated Registered Nurse with 1 year of clinical experience, adept at delivering high-quality patient care within high-volume, fast-paced medical environments.

• Highly organized professional with a proven ability to multitask and utilize strong communication skills to streamline clinical workflows and improve team coordination.
