RN Hospice Admissions | 10-hour shifts | full-time

At Faith Hospice, we recognize that hospice nursing is hard work and so incredibly rewarding! We have support systems in place through EAPs, open door managers, and the opportunity to attend (and be paid for attending!) monthly support meetings hosted by our Bereavement Manager, if desired.
What Will You Do?
As a Hospice Admissions RN:
  • This is a full-time opportunity:
    • work four 10-hour shifts (10am - 8pm) per week (including every other weekend)
    • salaried as a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with full-time benefits
  • Visits on weekdays are mostly focused on hospital informational sessions and admissions.
  • Visits on the weekend include patient visits and/or admissions in the community and in hospitals.

Education and Experience
  • RN licensure in Michigan
  • At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
  • Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
  • Passion for hospice nursing
