Guest Service Representative

Key West, FL

Riley Hotel Group is currently seeking part- and full-time Guest Service Representative to join their team in Key West, Florida! In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

  • 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred
  • Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends
  • Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic

Our Guest Service Representative will:

  • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
  • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
  • Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties
  • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
