Guest Service Representative

Key West, FL

Riley Hotel Group is looking for energetic, hands-on Guest Service Representatives to join our Key West team! We are a friendly and incredibly guest-focused team looking for an individual with the same qualities to drive to provide exceptional guest experience.

Our ideal Guest Service Associate will have:

  • Previous experience in similar role preferred
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Experience with roomMaster is preferred but not essential
  • Must be motivated and a self-starter

Schedule:

  • Both part- and full-time available
  • Weekend availability is preferred

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Slight assistance with daily breakfast is part of this role
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service
  • Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Maintain, monitor, and update group information on the hotel’s records as necessary
  • Process guest check-in and check-out smoothly and correctly
