Job description

Overview

This position supports the success of the Licensed Platform Sales Program. Leads the integration of platform associates ( licensed bankers ) in their respective areas to ensure appropriate branch coverage. Partners with sales executives on strategies that increase production and overall revenue. Builds strong, productive partnerships across the regional bank and with corporate partners. Provides coaching and leadership to associates across the area on enhancing holistic discovery conversations, expanded client relationship deepening, and partner referrals.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
Program Management - Facilitates the success of the Bank’s licensed associate programs. Integrates associate placement and coverage, and provides advice on additional coverage needs. Assists leadership in tracking performance trends of individual contributors as well as sales teams. Achieves regional sales objectives and partnership goals. Ensures compliance throughout activities with all applicable policies and procedures.
Sales Coaching - Ensures licensed associates and their teams have the training, development, and resources needed to increase profitability and production. Coaches on methods of holistic discovery to identify client needs offer financial solutions. Provides one-on-one mentorship and performance assessments for associates.
Relationship Development - Builds strong relationships with leaders, associates, and lines of business. Facilitates productive partnerships between retail, business banking, and corporate partners. Leverages relationships to influence performance and educate on best practices.
Reporting - Ensures sales leaders are provided with clear, effective communication on program results and associate activities. Reports on sales performance, trends, and other metrics that facilitate targeted business strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory of licenesed Bankers preferred.

License or Certification Type: Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state-specific life and health insurance licenses Required, Possess valid driver's license Required, or ability to obtain in 90 days. Ability to travel within the supported area up to 60% of the time in personal mode of transportation Required Skill(s): Knowledge of securities and insurance products and sales

If hired in VA, the base pay for this position is generally between $100,000 and $130,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses,benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
