We currently have an opening in Gainesville for Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. This position will soon transition to 8-hour shifts, making it a full-time opportunity.

As a CNA with Azalea Home Care, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Providing safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility assistance
  • Assisting with walking and range-of-motion exercises
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition
  • Providing medication reminders as directed
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
  • Performing light housekeeping and client-related errands
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Following infection-control, fall-prevention, and client safety protocols
  • Completing accurate visit documentation through our mobile care platform
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active Georgia CNA or PCA certification
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to safely assist with client transfers and mobility
  • Basic smartphone and app skills for documentation and communication
  • Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
  • Compassion and a commitment to protecting each client’s dignity, independence, and privacy
  • Full-time availability
