We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK'S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.
Nature of Work:
Administrative assistant will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the facility and technical operations. Will work closely with the KNOC leadership team to support engineering, master control, media prep and traffic groups.
Examples of work performed:
  • Manage and facilitate vendors for building upkeep, repairs, and inspections.
  • Track invoices, approvals, and ensure accurate submission to accounting.
  • Responsible for filing and submitting Expense Reports using Concur
  • Act as a job ticketing administrator by following up on overdue tickets, adding notes, and closing completed tasks.
  • Act as the SharePoint administrator for the entire Operations group.
  • Assist hiring managers by setting up interviews, ordering parking passes, and scheduling Credentials appointments.
  • Set up meetings, take notes and execute tasks as directed.
  • Maintain daily communication with Security and Maintenance staff.
  • Work with the Safety department to coordinate annual employee trainings and ensure completion.
  • Order building supplies and track inventory.

Qualifications
  • Minimum
    • High school diploma, required.
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
  • Preferred
    • College degree, preferred.
    • 1 - 3 years clerical experience preferred

  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software programs; Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

Compensation
  • Base hourly range $19.29 - $22 per hour
