Job description

Due to remarkable growth, Johnson Lexus of Durham the exciting opportunity to expand our team with an additional Full-Time Automotive Service Valet! To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests!

Johnson Lexus of Durham is a member of Johnson Automotive, one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle. Johnson Automotive has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and first-class operation by hiring top performers who are eager to elevate our guests experiences.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Greet all guests entering the Service Department;
  • Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot;
  • Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles;
  • Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities;
  • Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed;
  • Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested;
  • Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered;
  • Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
  • Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
