Description:
Hollywood Chrysler Jeep is seeking a skilled and certified Automotive Painter to join our Collision Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive refinishing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes that meet manufacturer and dealership standards.

This is a great opportunity to work in a professional dealership environment with a steady workflow and a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)

  • Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matching

  • Apply base coat, clear coat, and other finishes using professional spray equipment

  • Inspect painted surfaces and correct defects when necessary

  • Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area

  • Follow all safety and environmental regulations

  • Collaborate with body technicians and estimators to ensure quality repairs and timely completion

Requirements:

  • Certified Automotive Painter (I-CAR or equivalent certification preferred)

  • 3+ years of automotive refinishing experience in a collision center or body shop

  • Strong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques

  • Experience with modern paint booth equipment and spray guns

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
