We are looking for a Digital Solutions Lead to join our Automotive Refinish team in the US.

BASF Automotive Refinish Coatings Solutions offers high-quality refinish paint brands and paint-related products to body shops from around the world. Our solutions are approved by the world's leading automotive manufacturers for the repair of their vehicles. We provide collision centers with a vast array of solutions that help drive their business performance and efficiency. At the heart of our business are our people and our trainers who take care of our customers' needs including car painting skills, advanced body shop management solutions, and sophisticated management solutions.
As a Digital Solutions Lead, you will drive digital initiatives and serve as Refinity support for the Americas Automotive Refinish business. You will support the implementation of BASF's total offering, including strategy, value proposition, and the development of new digital solutions while enhancing existing tools. Working cross-functionally and with customers, you will identify needs, drive innovation, and deliver a differentiated customer experience. In addition, you will collaborate with global teams to align on market priorities and support the development and launch of new solutions.

  • Acting as a lead for driving digital with our customers and sales teams, including keeping the organization up to date on all activities Driving Digital
  • Driving Refinity adoption with customers and sales teams while keeping stakeholders informed on progress and activities
  • Managing Refinity operations, including user access, onboarding, trainings, and data maintenance
  • Providing end-to-end technical and operational support for field teams, partners, and customers
  • Developing and delivering training resources, SOPs, and monthly Q&A sessions to enable digital product user adoption and engagement
  • Partnering with product owners and vendors to enhance system functionality, support integrations, and resolve issues (testing, bug tracking, API coordination)
  • Tracking conversion performance and collaborate with key accounts, MSO partners, and internal teams to deliver reporting, insights, and continuous improvements
  • Staying current on competitive offering across the region, monitor industry trends, and establishing SWOT analysis on each key player to ensure color tool offer delivers a competitive advantage for BASF

  • Have a solid educational background and relevant experience within the collision repair industry or a closely related automotive sector
  • Demonstrate proven experience across key commercial functions, including marketing, product management, and/or sales and distribution
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI (preferable)
  • Apply strategic, big-picture thinking with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive impactful business outcomes
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and effectively translate business needs into actionable strategies and execution plans
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital processes and their application within business and operational environments

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
