Full-Time | Automotive Dealership

Hyundai of Vacaville is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is driven, professional, organized, and focused on creating a great customer experience while maximizing finance performance.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Finance Manager who understands dealership operations, lender relationships, compliance, product presentation, and getting deals funded quickly and correctly.

Responsibilities
  • Present finance and lease options to customers in a professional and transparent manner
  • Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance, protection products, and other available programs
  • Work with banks and lenders to secure approvals and maximize deal structure
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership, state, lender, and manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain strong CIT and funding performance
  • Partner with sales managers and sales staff to help close deals and deliver a smooth customer experience
  • Review contracts, disclosures, stips, and funding requirements
  • Maintain high CSI and a customer-first process
  • Stay current on lender programs, Hyundai programs, lease structures, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
  • Prior automotive finance manager experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, and F&I products
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Dealertrack, RouteOne, Reynolds, or CDK experience is a plus

Annual earning potential: $72,000 โ€“ $180,000+ per year
