Description
A Loan Processor assists the Loan Operation Processing Team with processing commercial and consumer loans ensuring compliance with Blue Sky Bank's loan policy and all regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities as of a Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank:
  • Process and prepares commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using Laser Pro and Decision Pro.
  • Order real estate title work, real estate flood certificates, and credit reports.
  • Order Appraisals and Appraisal Reviews as necessary.
  • Monitor transactions for loan policy exceptions prior to producing documents.
  • Coordinate with title companies for real estate closings.
  • Initiate funding entries for loan disbursements.
  • Review of UCC/EFS searches and complete all necessary UCC/EFS filings.
  • Complete filing of mortgages and deed of trusts.
  • Complete filing of bank lien for titled collateral.
  • Upload and scan closed loans to core and fund.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
A Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank will have the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of loan processing experience.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of loan processing.
