โ€ขย ย  ย Project Planning and Managing: 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects, developing strategies, and coordinating resources, required.
โ€ขย ย  ย Communication and Documentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in maintaining accurate project documents and client updates, required.
โ€ขย ย  ย Team Management: Experience in leading teams, including training and performance management, required.
โ€ขย ย  ย Technical Oversight: Hands-on experience with AV installations and providing creative solutions, required.
โ€ขย ย  ย Budget and Performance Monitoring: Ability to track and improve performance metrics, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget goals, required.
