Senior Manager, Audio Visual - Power the Experience at Sodexo's Newest Account!

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Audio Visual to lead AV operations for a leading biotechnology company in Boston, MA. This brand-new, growing account serves 1,000+ employees and offers the opportunity to build a best-in-class AV program from day one, with expanded scope planned as a second tenant joins the building later this year.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day audio visual operations, ensuring equipment functions properly across all event spaces
  • Manage AV support staff, vendors and contractors, including performance and coordination
  • Partner directly with clients on in-depth meetings, conferences and complex event scenarios
  • Confirm room setups with the conference coordination team ahead of events
  • Oversee equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and budget/warranty management
  • Prepare weekly operational reports and proactively communicate on outages or technical issues
