ABOUT THE ROLE   We're looking for an Advanced Master Mechanic with deep expertise in European automotive systems to join our specialized repair shop in San Antonio. This isn't a high-volume flat-rate grind — it's a place where your knowledge of European engineering is genuinely valued, and the team you work with takes real pride in every vehicle that rolls through the door.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on European vehicles
  • Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM-level scan tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, and others)
  • Carry out major engine, transmission, and drivetrain work with precision

  • Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
  • Own a complete, professional-grade tool set
  • OUR SHOP CULTURE   We run a clean, well-organized shop where the team genuinely supports each other. No toxic flat-rate pressure, no cutting corners. We invest in equipment, keep up with training, and make time to get jobs done right. If you take pride in your work and want to be around others who do too, you'll fit in here. We're a small crew that communicates well and has each other's backs.

  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive hourly rate or salary — commensurate with experience
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Ongoing manufacturer and OEM training support
  • Tool allowance program
  • Monday–Friday schedule; no mandatory weekends

HOW TO APPLY   Ready to bring your expertise to a shop that respects it? Send your resume and a brief note about your European vehicle specialization to our hiring team. We review every application personally and will get back to you promptly.
